Paddle Refund Policy

All purchases made through ChartsWatcher are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

You may request a refund for any payment within 14 days of the payment date.

This 14-day refund window applies to all payments with no exceptions or conditions.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Subscription

You can request a refund or manage a subscription directly through Paddle by using the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, the support link in your receipt or billing page, or Paddle's buyer support site at paddle.net.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

You can also cancel a subscription to prevent future billing by using the same Paddle links.
