Paddle Refund Policy
All purchases made through ChartsWatcher are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Where local consumer protection laws grant statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply.
Statutory Withdrawal Rights
For consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, Paddle states that some digital content and service purchases include a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a refund.
According to Paddle's policy, this right applies to one-time purchases and the first payment under a subscription, subject to the limits described in Paddle's policy, including where digital content has already been accessed and withdrawal rights were waived during checkout.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Subscription
You can request a refund or manage a subscription directly through Paddle by using the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, the support link in your receipt or billing page, or Paddle's buyer support site at paddle.net.
If a refund is approved, Paddle states that it will generally be returned to the original payment method where possible and processed within 14 days of approval.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law provides otherwise.
